How does duplicate detection work?
Every visit is identified by a combination of IP address, a first-party cookie and a device fingerprint hash. You choose the time window and whether duplicates are checked per campaign or per vendor.
Can I use my own domain for redirect links?
Yes. On Business and Enterprise you can use your own domain (for example, go.yourcompany.com) so links carry your brand.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Each workspace's data is isolated, and access is controlled with role-based permissions. Device fingerprints are stored as hashes, never as raw device data.
